NEC Nijmegen to beat Roda JC (1.30pm),
Feyenoord to beat Willem II (1.30pm),
FC Copenhagen to beat Midtjylland (5pm).
The treble is available at odds in excess of 7/1 with William Hill
but the safer option is to back the 3 selections in a trixie.
A trixie comprises 4 bets in total (3 doubles and 1 treble).
If 2 selections win, the bet will return around the same value as the total stake.
If all 3 selections win, the bet will return over 5 times the total stake.
NEC Nijmegen v Roda JC
NEC are just one point adrift of the Europa League playoff positions on the Eredivisie table and they have their home form to thank for that. Since August 2014, they have won 31 of their 36 home matches in all competitions (D2, L3) and only the top two sides in the Dutch top-flight (Ajax and PSV) have earned more points at home this season. Roda, meanwhile, have lost six of their last seven matches and all of their last four. They are five points clear of the relegation playoff positions but no side in the Eredivisie has scored fewer goals this season.
Willem II v Feyenoord
Willem II have won just one of their last 15 matches (D5, L9) and they have lost six of their last seven (W0, D1). They have also lost all of their last four home matches. They are currently sitting outside the relegation playoff positions only by virtue of a superior goal difference and their current form suggests that they face a difficult battle to stay in the Eredivisie. Feyenoord, in stark contrast, have won eight of their last 10 matches in all competitions (D2, L0) and they need three points from their last two games to earn a top three finish and a guaranteed place in next season's Europa League. On that basis, odds of 6/5 for the away win seem extremely generous.
FC Copenhagen v Midtjylland
Copenhagen are currently four points clear at the top of the Danish Superliga table with a game in hand on their nearest rivals. They have won 11 of their last 12 home league matches (D1, L0) and they have not lost at home in the league since August 2014 (W23, D5). They also have the best defensive record in the division this season. Midtjylland are similarly more suited to playing on their home turf. Away from home, it's a very different story and they have lost eight of their last 11 matches on the road in all competitions (W1, D2).
