Sevilla v Barcelona Preview (9pm)

Match Result and Both Teams to Score: Barcelona at odds of 5/2 with Betfred
Sevilla will need to rebuild after the departure of coach Unai Emery and some key players including top scorer Kevin Gameiro. In the meantime, they host Barcelona for the first leg of the Spanish Super Cup on Sunday. Sevilla travelled to the north of Norway for their UEFA Super Cup tie with Real Madrid in midweek and it proved to be a gruelling affair. They earned a 2-2 draw in 90 minutes, only to lose it in the dying minutes of extra-time having been reduced to ten men following the sending off of Timothée Kolodziejczak. For Barcelona, meanwhile, it will be their first competitive game of the season.

Sevilla have scored in every one of their last 29 home matches in all competitions and, having breached Real Madrid's defence twice in midweek, it would be no great surprise to see them find the net again on Sunday. However, Barcelona were La Liga's top scorers last season with 112 goals in comparison with Sevilla's total of 52. They finished the season with a league and cup double and they will be keen to begin the new season with some more silverware. A win away from home would put them in a strong position to do exactly that and, with Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez likely to start, goals seem to be a sure thing. Enhanced odds of 5/2 are well worth taking for Barcelona to win and both teams to score. The bet can be found in Football - Specials - Sunday Football Specials.

Bournemouth v Man Utd Preview (1.30pm)

Asian Handicap: Man Utd (-1) at odds of 6/4 with Bet Victor
Despite being among the short-priced favourites for the drop last season, Bournemouth performed admirably and they finished 2015/2016 in 16th place, seven points clear of the relegation zone. The cracks did, however, begin to show around March and they lost six of their last eight matches (W1, D1) including the 3-1 defeat to Man Utd in the final game of the season. Only Aston Villa conceded more goals than Eddie Howe's side last term and they will begin 2016/2017 with a familiar look to their defence. In stark contrast, no side conceded fewer goals than Man Utd last season and the addition of Eric Bailly to the centre of defence, along with the return of Luke Shaw, will no doubt make them even harder to break down. In other areas, Man Utd have strengthened considerably - including the manager. Jose Mourinho will hope to erase the memory of his predecessor while the likes of Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Zlatan Ibrahimovic will provide further attacking quality to an already very strong offensive line-up. United finished last season 24 points above Bournemouth and anything other than an away win on Sunday would be a surprise. Odds of 6/4 on the Asian Handicap market seem generous. If the visitors win by one goal, the stake will be refunded. If they win by two or more, the bet will return 2.5 times the stake.

Anytime Goalscorer: Zlatan Ibrahimovic at odds of 6/4 with Betfred
Zlatan Ibrahimovic began his Man Utd career with a goal against Leicester City in United's Community Shield triumph and few would bet against him finding the net again on Sunday. He looks set to lead the line and, supported by the likes of Mkhitaryan, Rooney and Martial, he will inevitably get chances. Don't be surprised if he wrestles penalty-taking duties from the grasp of captain Wayne Rooney either. Ibrahimovic's career has been littered with goals and, against a weak Bournemouth defence, enhanced odds of 6/4 are well worth taking for a goal on his Premier League debut. The bet can be found in Football - Specials - Sunday Football Specials.

Betting Preview

Hull v Leicester
Caretaker manager Mike Phelan will apparently take charge of newly-promoted Hull City with just 13 senior players available for the visit of reigning champions Leicester City. Midfielder Jake Livermore is expected to be used as a makeshift centre back due to the injury crisis and the lack of transfer activity. While Leicester were celebrating their miraculous title win at the end of last season, Hull achieved promotion to the top-flight via the play-offs having finished the season in fourth place on the Championship table, 10 points behind Burnley.

Southampton v Watford
Southampton won eight of their 10 post-Christmas home league games last season and they finished the 2015/2016 season in sixth place, 18 points clear of Watford. Only champions Leicester City earned more points in the Premier League after the turn of the year. Watford, meanwhile, won just four of their 21 league matches after Christmas (D5, L12). Watford defied the odds by surviving in the top-flight last season but their over-reliance on Deeney and Ighalo will be of some concern to their supporters, particularly in light of the fact that Ighalo has scored just two goals in 18 Premier League appearances this year.

Newcastle v Huddersfield
Despite their opening day defeat away to Fulham, Newcastle are the clear favourites for the Championship title this season having replaced their outgoing players with some very capable new signings. They are undoubtedly the stronger of the two sides on paper and, boosted by a 52,000 capacity attendance, they will be confident of giving their season a kick-start on Saturday. Under Rafa Benitez, Newcastle remained unbeaten in their last six Premier League matches of the 2015/2016 season while Huddersfield finished the season in 19th place on the Championship table. They, unlike Newcastle, were in action in midweek having been dumped out of the EFL Cup by Shrewsbury Town of League One.
