Hamburg v Augsburg
Hamburg's Bundesliga matches have averaged almost 4.5 goals per game this season (P14, F30, A31). They have not kept a clean sheet in any of their last five matches but they are seeking a third consecutive home win. Augsburg have scored in 10 of their last 12 Bundesliga matches and they have only kept three clean sheets in 14 attempts this season. They have collected just one point from a possible 15 in their last five away league games.
Stuttgart v Hannover
Stuttgart have only kept two clean sheets in 14 league games this season. However, home advantage appears to give them a slight edge in this fixture. Neither of these sides is in particularly great form but Hannover have lost seven consecutive away games and Stuttgart have enough quality to make that eight-in-a-row.
Macclesfield v Brackley Town
Macclesfield have won seven of their last nine home matches (D2, L0) and they have scored an impressive 26 goals in the process. They have, however, kept only three clean sheets in 23 games this season. Brackley have found the net in exactly 80% of their matches this season but, after 90 minutes, they have lost three and drawn the other three of their last six away from home.
Hartlepool v Coventry
Last weekend, Hartlepool failed to score for the first time in 11 home matches in all competitions. They have lost three of their last five (W1, D1) despite playing in the league below their FA Cup 2nd Round opponents. Coventry have not kept a clean sheet in any of their last five games (conceding a total of 13 goals in the process) but they have scored three goals in each of their last three away trips and they are unbeaten in seven on the road. Their matches this season have averaged over 3.8 goals per game.
Dortmund v Bayer Leverkusen
Dortmund have won nine of their 11 home matches this season but, defensively, they have looked vulnerable of late.. They have only kept one clean sheet in their last nine games and that was against a side playing in the third tier of German football. Leverkusen have started the season strongly but cracks have started to appear in the last month, most notably in the away defeats to Eintracht Braunschweig and Manchester United. They have only taken one point from a possible 15 in their last five meetings with Dortmund.
